We Are Mighty is a social design campaign created to empower women of the University of South Dakota community. Empowering women is so important in today’s modern society in which sexism and sexual assault is alive and well. The purpose of this campaign is to bring women at the University of South Dakota together in sharing their stories and empowering them to influence social change. Our goal is to make women more comfortable with sharing their story and standing up to sexual violence/harassment as they see it happen as well as experience it first hand. We want to encourage students, professors, faculty, and alumni to share stories and tell us what makes them feel empowered.
